Oven Baked Fish
Ingredients
- 1⁄3cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4teaspoon pepper
- 1egg
- 2tablespoons water
- 2⁄3cup crushed corn flakes
- 1tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄8teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1lb haddock fillets or 1 lb the fish, of choice
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a shallow bowl combine flour and pepper.
- Combine egg and water in a second bowl.
- In a third bowl, combine corn flakes, cayenne and cheese.
- Dredge fish in flour mixture, then in egg mixture and coat with corn flakes.
- Place fish fillets on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 425°F for about 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
