Oven Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 13cup all-purpose flour
  • 14teaspoon pepper
  • 1egg
  • 2tablespoons water
  • 23cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 18teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1lb haddock fillets or 1 lb the fish, of choice

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl combine flour and pepper.
  3. Combine egg and water in a second bowl.
  4. In a third bowl, combine corn flakes, cayenne and cheese.
  5. Dredge fish in flour mixture, then in egg mixture and coat with corn flakes.
  6. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 425°F for about 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
